Protecting your order information is a priority for us at A.C. Care Cosmetics. We make every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and hosting our site in a highly secured environment. Communications between your browser and A.C. Care Cosmetics secure server encrypt your confidential information during transmission, ensuring that your purchase stays private and protected.

When you have a secure connection between your browser and a Web site, no one else can easily access the data that you send across the connection. A.C. Care cosmetics uses SSL to encrypt your preferred customer information to give you a high level of security.

Care Cosmetics is taking precautions to keep the information you supply secure while it travels from your computer to the A.C. Care Cosmetics server. Order Policy
If you would like to process your order same day, you should place your order by 2:00 PM (Pacific Time) / 5:00 PM (Eastern Time), (Monday thru Friday). Otherwise, the order will be processed the following business day. Any order placed on the weekend or on a Holiday, will be shipped the next business day on the calendar.
Delivery schedule date is not guaranteed for the delays due to insufficient information provided by customer, terrorism, riots, strikes or other labor disputes civil unrest disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and natural disasters, such as violent storms, earthquake, floods and etc. Incorrect billing and/or shipping information may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified.
Your order can be delayed if you leave a note in the comment box like 'no signature required' or 'leave it on the doorstep/garage if no one is home' or 'leave it with our neighbor if no one's home We do not put those memos on the shipping label.
Make sure to double check the information you have entered before you check out such as:
1. Your name as it appears on the card
2. Billing address on file with your card issuer
3. Card number
4. Card expiration date
5. Card Verification (CID) Number
If you already have a PayPal account, please ensure all of the above information is correct within your existing account.
If an error message appears and if you try more than three times, you will not be able to use that credit card to shop at A.C. Care Cosmetics for two to three business days. So to make a purchase that same day you will have to use a different card.
Note: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.
Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellation must be made before 2:00 PM (Pacific Time) / 5:00 PM (Eastern Time). If you make an error or you want to cancel your order after it has been authorized and shipped, we are sorry but there is nothing we can do until you receive your order. You will need to receive the order first and then return it (in accordance with our return policy) for a refund. If your order has been shipped out, then we are unable to refund your cost of shipping and handling fee. If a package delivery is refused by the customer and sent back to us for any reason, the returned shipping cost will be automatically deducted from the customer's Store Credit or Refund.
Same Day Shipping
Most orders placed by 2:00 PM (Pacific Time) / 5:00 PM (Eastern Time), (Monday-Friday) will usually ship the same day. Incorrect billing and/or shipping information may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified.

Same day shipping DOES NOT apply to orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our primary goal and everything we sell is refundable or exchangeable within the first 14 days of delivery unless you open and use them. All sales are final after fourteen days of delivery made.
The item you want to return should be unopened and unused in new condition with original packaging and accessories of all parts. We do not refund or exchange on any item that has been used and opened. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Returns will not qualify for credit without authorization from our customer service representatives.
If your return or exchange is the result of our error we give you full return with shipping charge. We will also provide free return shipping in this case.
Return and Exchange Procedures
1. Request your return.
2. In your request include your order number written on the top of your invoice and the reason you want to return or exchange with the name of the product you want to exchange with.
3. Wait until we email you to give authorization. Normally it takes 2-3 business days.
4. Please include a copy of the email that authorized your return or exchange with your order number.
5. Insure shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost and misdirected return shipments.
6. Once we receive your return we will credit your account or send the item desired to exchange within 5 business days.
