How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is charged on a flat rate basis for all orders.

If I place an order today, when will it be shipped?
orders placed by 2:00 PM (Pacific Time) / 5:00 PM (Eastern Time),
(Monday-Friday) will usually ship the same day. You will also receive a confirmation email from us within 48 hours to confirm that your order has been shipped.

How can I track my order?
Once, we ship your order you will receive an email from us (within 48 hours) which may include a tracking number. This tracking number will link to the carrier's website where you can track your shipment. Please note that tracking numbers are only available for orders over $70.
I received my shipment by one of the items is broken, missing or wrong item is sent. What can I do?
All items are thoroughly checked prior to shipping. If an item is damaged, missing pieces, wrong item sent or destroyed in shipping, do not throw away the shipping box we sent, put all the items back inside the box and contact us within 24 hours from the time you received the package (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays). After 24 hours have passed, A.C. Care Cosmetics will not be responsible for the items. Please e-mail us with any questions.
My shipment was returned to you. What can I do?
If a package delivery is refused or returned by the customer and sent back to us for any reason, the returned shipping cost will be charged to the customer. A package may be reshipped by paying the shipping and handling fee again which is the amount originally paid for the shipping and handling when the order was placed.
Which payment options do you offer?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express – through our PayPal Express Checkout. In addition, you can also log into your PayPal account for payment if you already have one. The transaction will be discreetly billed as "a.c.care" on your credit card statement. All orders are made in U.S. dollars and we do not accept personal checks. Please be sure to include your name exactly as it appears on your card and your address as it appears on your billing statement (along with your phone number). If you already have an existing PayPal account, please make sure your address is correct within your account. We cannot accept any orders which do not match these criteria.
My credit card was declined but I know the card is good. What can I do?
In most cases the reason a credit card is declined is because the billing address you entered during the check out process does not match the address the card issuer has on file (what is referred to as an AVS address mismatch). It is important this information match exactly or your transaction will be declined. Note too that you need to make sure the phone number you provide is the same as what the card issuer has on file. If you've confirmed the information you've provided is correct and your transaction is still declined, we suggest contacting the card issuer. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do in these situations. We cannot accept an order without authorizing the transaction. If an error message appears and if you try more than three times, you will not be able to use that credit card to shop at A.C. Care Cosmetics for two to three business days. So to make a purchase that same day you will have to use a different card.
